Clark Avenue Bathroom Renovation
Client Story
Immi came to us through a referral, with plans already drawn up and consent underway. His goal was simple but meaningful — to transform his one-bathroom home into a space with both a main bathroom and a private ensuite. The new layout made perfect sense, giving guests and family their own space while keeping his and his partner’s area personal and relaxed.
Our Approach
From the first site visit, I knew this was going to be a great project. Immi’s an honest, down-to-earth man who just wanted to care for his family’s needs the best way he could. After walking through the space and reviewing his plans, I prepared a detailed quote which he accepted, and we got underway.
We stripped the existing bathroom and combined it with the separate toilet to form one larger, more functional space. To make life easier during the build, we reinstalled doors and got the new dividing wall up quickly to maintain privacy — keeping the toilet operational for as long as possible.
Highlights
There were some really thoughtful details in this project. The bath didn’t reach wall-to-wall, so we framed a custom shelf and lined it with the same Seratone as the walls, giving it a subtle fall so water wouldn’t pool. The soft back-lit mirror and the clean glass bath screen are personal favourites — simple touches that elevated the entire room.
Immi made excellent choices with the fixtures, paint, and flooring, bringing everything together beautifully.
Outcome
The result was more than just a renovation — it’s a space that feels calm, practical, and designed to last. And along the way, we built a great relationship with a beautiful family.
“The bathroom renovation exceeded our expectations—the final result was even better than we imagined. BB Build’s input and suggestions throughout the project made a real difference. We’d absolutely recommend them to others.”
