Jull Street Revamp

Harry, a good mate from cricket, reached out about helping his mother-in-law with a tired granny flat out the back of their family home. The flat had recently been given its own title, and the plan was to modernise it — originally for Airbnb, but eventually for sale to help fund her retirement.

What started as a light refresh turned into a full-scale revamp.
BB Build came in to handle the demolition, new bathroom, new kitchen, and a handful of finishing touches throughout.

We installed a Kaboodle kitchen with a solid timber benchtop, fitted a new bath and vanity, and coordinated with the client’s subcontractors to keep things moving smoothly.

The result: a once-dated granny flat transformed into a warm, inviting standalone home that presented beautifully on the market.
